India, who are leading the four-match series 2-1, are chasing a first-ever Test series victory in Australia.Pujara’s 193 puts him on the sixth spot in the list of highest scores by an Asian batsman in Australia.He trails Sachin Tendulkar (241*), Rahul Dravid (233), Ravi Shastri (206), Azhar Ali (205*) and Virender Sehwag (195).Pujara has now faced 1257 (362 balls) deliveries in the series so far, surpassing Rahul Dravid (1203 balls) on top among Indians to have faced most deliveries in a series byu a touring batsman in Australia in the last 30 years.Nathan Lyon caught and bowled Pujara and took the fifth spot in the list of most caught and bowled dismissals in Test cricket.Muthiah Muralitharan and Anil Kumble are the joint-leaders of the list with 35 dismissals.Earlier, Cheteshwar Pujara scored his first 150 of the series this summer. The last time Pujara scored 150 runs in Test cricket was last year in July at Galle against Sri Lanka.At Galle, Pujara has scored 153 runs and he has already surpassed that score in Sydney.n Australia, Pujara has already crossed 400 runs this series. He has also gone past Sunil Gavaskar for balls faced in a single Test series in Australia.Ironically, Pujara had lost his place in the Test team after failing to deliver in Australia in 2014.
